Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the StratVara website, launch campaign-plan program, waitlist, and beta materials.

Acceptance and permitted use
By using the site or submitting a request, you agree to these terms. You may use the site only lawfully and may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful material, misrepresent your identity, or use the service to violate another person’s rights.
50-plan launch offer
Fifty free campaign-plan places are available and allocated at our discretion. Submitting a form is a request, not a confirmed place or contract. We aim to return a plan within one hour after a completed discovery call; timing is a target, not a guarantee. The plan is strategic guidance for human review and does not promise a specific result.
Free Forever and beta access
Free Forever is planned to include one campaign plan per month without content generation. Features, limits, eligibility, and timing may change during beta. Joining the waitlist does not create a subscription or require payment. Any paid use will be governed by the offer and subscription terms presented before purchase.
Your information and content
You retain ownership of information and content you submit. You grant us permission to use it to review your request, provide the service, build requested outputs, and communicate with you. You confirm that you have the right to provide it.
Recommendations and generated content
StratVara produces strategy, plans, and content as recommendations for human review, editing, and approval. Outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable. You are responsible for legal, regulatory, advertising, brand, and platform compliance before publishing or acting on an output. StratVara does not provide legal, financial, tax, or medical advice.
Intellectual property
The site, product design, copy, StratVara name and marks, and Warm T.L.C.™ method are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may accurately reference and link to public information, but may not copy the product, misuse marks, or use site content to train a competing product without permission.
Availability and warranties
The website and beta are provided “as is” and “as available.” We may change, suspend, or withdraw features or offers. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy, security, campaign performance, pipeline, or revenue.
Limits of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, StratVara will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages or for lost profits, revenue, pipeline, data, or goodwill arising from use of the site or beta. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these terms may apply differently to you.
